This notice is designed to be understandable independently of the other documents. Checking the box is an affirmative action. It is not pre-selected.

1. Personal data requested

2. Services enabled

The processing enables private authentication, company-isolated storage, document extraction and confirmation, financial and operational analysis, workforce reporting, reconciliation, exports, audit history, support and account administration. Processing does not authorise MSMENXT to sell the data, use live customer data for demonstrations, autonomously decide an employee's outcome or execute a payment.

3. Company authority

By checking the box, the user confirms that the user is authorised to act for the customer company and will upload only data that the company may lawfully process. Zertical Private Limited processes company content under the customer's documented instructions and the DPA.

4. Refusal or withdrawal

The user may refuse by leaving the box unticked; sign-in will not proceed because the processing above is necessary to provide the secure workspace. Consent may be withdrawn by contacting the Grievance Officer or using the relevant account-deletion process. Withdrawal is as accessible as acceptance, but may require the affected login or account to be closed. Legal retention and processing already lawfully completed remain subject to applicable law.

5. Rights and complaint

Use the Grievance Officer contact below to request a summary, correction, erasure, withdrawal, nomination or grievance resolution. Identity and authority will be checked. If the request is not resolved, remedies available under applicable law may be used, including the Data Protection Board of India where applicable.
